Hey my name is Rich Martin and a big thank you for stopping by and finding out about me…if you’re really interested keep reading 😉

For 20 years I have been working in a full time capacity building local church. Most recently I was an Executive Pastor at Life Church UK (www.lifechurchhome.com) based in their Bradford campus overseeing the Bible College, The four church conferences, the European network and assisting in the Bradford Campus pastoring. Since late 2020 I’ve ventured out to use my skills and passion to help build Church throughout Europe. This looks like working closely with church leadership teams and boards on church building-related topics, such as staffing and one to one mentoring. I also produce free digital content for churches including the Rich Martin Podcast and the church trends newsletter. My heart is to see the church in Europe flourish and if I can help play a small part, I’m all in!
